Description: The average body shop produces a mere 2 hours of labor per day on each job, which means repair jobs sit untouched 75% of the workday! This is insane and it’s no wonder why so many shops can’t make any money. The secret to a massively efficient and profitable business is to create a system that removes the barriers keeping technicians from touching cars. That is exactly what Elite’s Advanced Production Management Workshop will do in the ADVANCED PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP! Check out our upcoming events for more information.
